Infosys declares ₹17.50 per share dividend, revenue up 16%, PAT stood at ₹6,128 Cr

The nation’s top IT services provider, Infosys Ltd, presented its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2023. (Q4FY23). According to the corporation, its operating revenue increased by 16 percent in the fourth quarter of this fiscal year, from 32,276 crore to 37,441 crore. Revenue increased by 8.8% YoY in constant currency (CC) terms, but decreased by 3.20% QoQ.

On April 13, Infosys announced a consolidated net profit of $6,128 billion, an increase of nearly 8% over the same quarter a year prior when compared to a net profit of $5,696 billion.

The Infosys board has resolved to pay a final dividend of 17.50 per equity share for the fiscal year that ended on March 31, 2023. “On June 28, 2023, the Company’s members will have their 42nd Annual General Meeting. For the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and the payment of the final dividend, the record date is June 2, 2023. On July 3, 2023, the dividend will be paid, according to a stock exchange filing by Infosys.

The fiscal year that concluded on March 31, 2022, or FY22, will see an equity dividend of 620.00% at a face value of 5 equaling 31 per share from Infosys. With the current share price of $1,383.40, the dividend yield is 2.23%. Throughout the last five years, the company has a strong track record of declaring dividends.
