Capital Infra Trust IPO

The much-anticipated Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Capital Infra Trust InvIT, valued at ₹1,578 crore, is set to open for subscription from January 7 to January 9, 2025. The price band for the issue is fixed between ₹99 and ₹100 per share, attracting interest from investors across segments.

  • Fresh Issue: 10.77 crore shares aggregating ₹1,077 crore.
  • Offer for Sale (OFS): 5.01 crore shares aggregating ₹501 crore.

Lot Size:
